This is (as the tittle suggests) a bandit from the Super Mario Brothers video game series. He is featured prominantly in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
This was born from me asking  what I should draw. He told me to draw a bandit, and handed me a picture he had drawn earlier of a bandit for reference. |
