Transmetal Megatron from Beast Wars, to be exact.

Took me forever to find some decent reference on his colors and face... Still looks odd to me, but those are the colors, I swear!

This is a special Birthday present for :icondeathwind13:, he got to pick the theme for the pic. I hope he digs it.
